Mindrift now describes two distinct entry routes. Its all-access route, announced in July 2026, is open to anyone with a computer and skips the CV and specialist assessment. Tasks can include labeling, transcription, comparing AI outputs, checking search matches and flagging sensitive content. The specialist route still uses a CV, domain assessment and onboarding for fields such as coding, STEM, medicine and law.
Choose all-access if you are new and want short, lower-complexity tasks. Choose specialist applications only where your education or work history supports the claim. Upload an accurate CV and select the domain you can defend under assessment conditions.
Mindrift says specialist assessments may be multiple choice, technical tests or interviews. They are unpaid. Unauthorized AI tools, copied answers and tab switching during a proctored test can cause failure, and second attempts are generally not offered. Refresh core concepts, practise explaining judgments in your own words and document any genuine technical failure immediately.
All-access work pays per accepted task, with the rate shown before starting. Mindrift says payouts are made every two weeks through Payoneer or Tipalti/PayPal. Specialist rates are typically higher, but joining its talent pool does not guarantee that a matching project is live.
Before starting, check the task rate, estimated completion time, acceptance rules and payout fees. Work slowly through the first few examples. Consistency with the rubric matters more than speed.
Use your legal name and real location throughout. Make sure your payment account can receive the offered method and that its name matches. Keep screenshots of rates, accepted units and payout records, but never save confidential task content outside the platform if the rules forbid it.
